Based on the discovery/interrogation phases, we create a series of specific deep dives. These are designed to ladder thinking, open avenues for innovation, challenge conventional wisdom and problem solve in a dynamic way for a specific area/sector of the organization such as finance, operations, HR or a specific business unit or subsidiary. In this phase, we collect specific information that impacts individual stakeholders or parts of the organization. Invariably some of this information will be disparate/conflicting as different areas of an organization often have different objectives and metrics. In holding companies this dispersion is often even more pronounced.
